From as far back as I can remember softball has always been a part of my life.  My parents always joked around saying that I was basically born on a softball field because from the time I was 3 months old I was constantly being dragged around to both of my older sister’s softball practices, pitching and/or hitting lessons and weekend travel tournaments.  So, because of them my love for the game pretty much started the moment I was able to hold a bat and a ball in my hand.   From about the ages of 5-10 years old I would dream about playing softball on TV never actually thinking for one minute that my dream would ever become a reality but by me being able to “Trust the Process” of working hard and just being me and playing my own game the way that I have been taught to, I have been able to make that dream come true.  For me “trusting the process” means that no matter what your situation is, as long as you have patience, faith, trust and just do you without pressure or negativity, then you will always wind up where you are supposed to be.  Your current situation is not your final destination.
